Arrival Time:
Please aim to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule to avoid disrupting a later client’s appointment.
Changing/Canceling your appointment:
24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment, except in cases of contagious illness, as described below. If you fail to provide proper notification or do not show up for your scheduled service, a charge of $100 will be charged to your card on file.
Sickness or family emergency:
If you or another person in your household has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty or timeframe required in this case for your safety and that of other clients. In some situations, it may be required for you to have a doctor’s clearance before continuing with treatments. (

Pricing for products and services is subject to change at any time.
We accept payments via cash and credit card only—personal checks are not currently accepted. Payment is due at the time of service (or considered pre-paid if part of an ongoing package).
If there are any issues with a client’s credit or debit card (chargebacks, insufficient funds, etc.), you will be asked to prepay for all future services via cash only.

Gift cards are sold by value, not for specific services.
Gift cards are available for purchase in any dollar amount. They are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
All gift cards are available virtually only and can be purchased through the link to our online portal.

Your satisfaction is important to us; however, due to the nature of the products we retail, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you are unsure of a product, please inquire as to whether we have a tester or a sample size for you to try prior to your purchase.

To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while receiving their services.
An adult (legal guardian) must accompany children under the age of eighteen (18) receiving services. There are age restrictions for many of our services; please contact us directly with any questions you may have.

For the health and safety of our clients, we have a no-pet policy. Only working service animals are permitted

We collect information automatically as you navigate the site or through our analytics providers.
We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.
You can permanently disable your account and remove your information from our database at any time by sending an email to meghan@gracefulaestheticsct.com. You can see what information is deleted and what we continue to store after the account is disabled in our privacy policy. These terms remain in effect after your account is disabled.
